Terms & Conditions

I hereby authorize Reliable Road Service, Inc. to perform repair work to my vehicle, including the installation of materials and parts in order to have the repairs performed. I understand and agree:

1. I will pay for all repairs performed and parts and materials installed in my vehicle. I will pay for tear-down, inspection, and re-assembly even if no repairs are made.
2. I will promptly pay all amounts due, or if arrangements have been made I will pay net 20th. If I have not paid the amount under these agreements, I will pay an interest rate of 2% per month (24% annual).
3. Reliable Road Service, Inc. may hold my vehicle until all amounts owing are paid in full.
4. I will pay a storage fee equal to the State of Michigan impound rate beginning seven days after completion of repairs.
5. Reliable Road Service, Inc. employees may drive my vehicle on public streets for testing and inspection purpose.
6. Reliable Road Service, Inc. is not liable to me for any losses caused by unavailability of parts or delays of delivery of parts.
7. Reliable Road Service, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage to my vehicle or it’s content in case of fire or theft or any damage not caused directly by Reliable Road Service, Inc.
8. If a dispute arises over this agreement, I will pay Reliable Road Service, Inc. its costs of collections. Including attorney fees, court costs, and other legal expenses.
9. Reliable Road Service, Inc. will warranty all labor and workmanship for 90 days.
10. Reliable Road Service, Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by performance products.
11. Reliable Road Service, Inc. does not accept checks or money orders at this time.
12. All high-performance products are for competition or off-road use only.
13. No returns 30 days from the date of purchase.
14. All electronics sales are final. No returns.
15. Credit will not be given for cores returned after 45 days.
16. Reliable Road Service, Inc. accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for purchases below $10,000.00 USD. All purchases at or above $10,000.00 USD requires a wire transfer. (Wire transfer information provided upon request).
17. Reliable Road Service, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your request to accept or decline your request for any reason or to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item.
18. If any issues with products ordered, please contact your sales rep: and Reliable Road Service, Inc. will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Reliable Road Service, Inc. will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship through our warranty process. Fulfillment mistakes made by Reliable Road Service, Inc. resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. All other returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase with a fee of 20% of the retail price of the product returned.
19. Reliable Road Service, Inc. is unable to guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or information received from our suppliers, Reliable Road Service, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
